Maternity sessions are incredibly important to capture for several reasons. They offer a unique opportunity to celebrate and document this significant stage in a woman’s life. Every family I photograph has a unique story, and I am deeply honored to document this important milestone on each occasion.
The anticipation of becoming parents for the first time is a journey filled with excitement, nervousness, and boundless love. Additionally, for some parents, this journey is marked by a unique and profound significance. This significance is best embodied by the term “rainbow baby,” which describes a child born after a previous pregnancy loss, symbolizing hope and new beginnings.
The Lowe Family
I first met the Lowe family at an event specifically to help guide and support expecting mothers. Right from the start, I knew these two were going to be amazing parents. Keirsten and Jared’s love shined throughout the session as they embraced, laughed, and got teary eyed thinking about their little girl making her arrival in just a few short weeks.
We ended the session with a fun little dance, that showed their happiness and love perfectly! I cannot wait to meet and capture their growing family when baby girl arrives!
