Preparing a client’s reveal wall is one of my favorite experiences I provide to my clients. There is just something about seeing your images printed, framed and displayed on the wall that makes it so memorable. This reveal wall experience was no different for these parents. Happy tears were flowing when they saw their newborn baby girl’s images and family images.
Their older daughter also joined in on the excitement. She walked up to the wall and pointed out the images she saw herself in. This is an amazing example of why I became a specialist in heirloom artwork. Studies have shown that having family images printed and hanging on your home walls or in an album, help give children a sense of belonging. This was true when this little girl saw her images with her Mom, Dad and new little sister.
During the reveal wall, I discuss with my clients where they see their images displayed in their homes. For some clients, a family canvas in the living room or dining room is a must. For others, a canvas of the new baby displayed above the crib. There are many spots to incorporate a canvas into your home. After talking my clients about where they wanted to display their images in their home, they decided to print a hanging canvas of their two beautiful girls for the bedroom.
